What we collect and why
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe and agree to receive our emails, to send you events, special nights and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.
- Site measurement: if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how many people visit, where they come from and which sections they use, and to measure and improve our campaigns. If you decline, none of these tools are loaded.
- Event and birthday requests: your name, WhatsApp, email (optional), the date, the number of guests and anything you tell us, only if you fill in the form and agree to be contacted, to reply to your request. We also keep which campaign or page you came from, to know which ads work.
- Reservations: made on the Cluvi platform, which handles your data under its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp and email: if you contact us, we only use your details to reply and handle your request.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with the services that make the above possible (Brevo for the newsletter, Google and Meta for measurement, Cluvi for reservations, and Vercel and Upstash, which host this website and store requests), which process it on our behalf.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correct it, delete it, object to its use or ask for its portability. Email us at mercadeo@terratpanama.com and we will reply within the time limits set by law.
