A happy hour with a view, in San Francisco
Most rooftops in Panama City are in Casco Viejo. Terrat is on the rooftop of The Plaza, on Calle 71 Este in San Francisco, close to Obarrio, Marbella, Punta Pacífica, Costa del Este and Vía Israel. If you work or live in the new part of the city, you leave the office and a few minutes later you're upstairs with a cocktail in hand, without the Casco traffic.
What to order
The bar makes signature and classic cocktails, and also pours wine, champagne and beer. To go with them, chef Waggner Sanjur's menu is made for sharing: Asian-Latin fusion plates for the middle of the table. A couple of plates and a round of cocktails are all you need to stay until nightfall.
They say that at this hour neither the Goddess nor her six creatures miss the sky. Neither should you.

- Book ahead. Sunset is the busiest time, especially Thursday to Saturday. Book online or message us on WhatsApp at +507 6684-2222.
- Be on time. Tables are released 20 minutes after the reservation time.
- Dress code: smart casual.
